Shipping, Returns, and Warranty Policies

Connie & Co. strives to make every one of our customers happy and providing excellent customer service, which is very important to us. We hope you enjoy your new Connie & Co. purchase!

The following options are available for the return or exchange of your purchase.

Your Connie & Co. bag is covered under a 90 days general manufacturer's warranty from the date of your purchase. The warranty includes against defects or malfunctions in workmanship and manufacturing.

**Note** Excessive wear and tear of everyday use or damage due to abuse, neglect or mistreatment is NOT covered under the warranty. 

If you have a warranty issue we will repair or replace your bag. (Decision is based on Connie & Co. customer service) - we reserve the right to refuse warranty.

Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can exchange or receive a refund of your product within 15 days of purchase.  

To be eligible for an exchange or refund,  the following is necessary:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Item(s) must be unused and in original packaging..

Upon Connie & Co. receiving your returned purchase, we will notify you of our decision for refund/exchange.  A credit will be applied to your new purchase or original method of payment within 5 business days. 

If your purchase is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.  Photos and further information  is required for exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

* Connie & Co. will not be held responsible for stolen/lost packages. Once your package is marked as delivered via the tracking number, Connie & Co. is no longer liable for refunds or replacements. You will need to contact your local shipping carrier and/or your local law enforcement agency.*
